While MIA takes a hiatus to have her baby, we can all bask in the glow of the many remixes coming out for all of her tracks. This is my favorite MIA song (isn’t it everyone’s?) and this remix does it justice.

MIA was born of Sri Lankan descent, but comes from the UK. I credit her for bringing back neon colored spandex pants. She was the afternoon highlight of the Treasure Island festival outside San Francisco last year, when she climbed up the scaffolding in said neon colored spandex pants.
