Honeycut – Shadows

band photo

Oh man, haven’t heard this song in a while. I saw Honeycut for the first time about a year and a half ago – also at the Mezzanine – playing with Ghostland Observatory. This song has an extremely catchy hook, and like many/all of Honeycut’s songs, the beat comes in at just right the time. They definitely have a poppy feel, almost like a day-time, bright, sunny day version of the Midnight Juggernaut’s Shadows.

If this player isn’t working, this song is also available on their MySpace page.

Random Tidbit: HoneyCut.com is a site that sells honeyed hams – like the deli meat honeyed hams.
